TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1 — Purpose and scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern sales made on the website theninecatz.com, published by Sindy Vay, sole trader (artist-author), SIRET 109 452 144 00016, registered at 173 Rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, France.

Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms by the buyer.

Article 2 — Products

The site offers for sale:

original oil pastel artworks, one-of-a-kind pieces;
art prints reproducing certain works, made to order on fine art paper.

Photographs illustrating the products are as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee an exact reproduction of the true colors, particularly due to the display settings of each screen.

As original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces, their availability may change in real time; should an item become unavailable after an order is placed, the buyer will be fully refunded as soon as possible.

Article 3 — Price

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. As theninecatz is not subject to VAT (VAT exemption scheme, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code), the prices shown do not include VAT.

Shipping costs are included in the displayed price for covered zones, unless stated otherwise at checkout (notably for the pickup point delivery option).

Article 4 — Order

The order is confirmed once payment has been confirmed. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the buyer. theninecatz reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, notably in the event of product unavailability or an obvious error.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online, at the time of ordering, by credit card via a secure payment solution (Shopify Payments). No banking data is retained by theninecatz.

Article 6 — Shipping

Shipping terms, zones, and timeframes are detailed in the [Shipping Policy]. Any customs duties or import taxes applicable outside the European Union remain the responsibility of the recipient.
