Shipping Policy

Preparation times
Each original is a one-of-a-kind piece, carefully packaged before shipping — please allow me a few days to prepare and send your package in the best possible conditions.
Fine art prints are made to order by our printing partner once your order is placed. Please allow for a production time on top of the shipping time indicated below.

Shipping zones and timeframes
France: free standard shipping, 5–8 business days. Pickup point delivery (Mondial Relay) also available for originals.
Europe and the United Kingdom: free standard shipping, 5–8 business days.
North America (United States, Canada): free standard shipping, 10–15 business days.

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed; they may vary depending on carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.

Other destinations (originals only)
If you live outside the zones listed above and would like to purchase an original, please contact me before ordering at the9catz@gmail.com — I'll be happy to arrange shipping and let you know the timeframe and details.

Customs fees and international taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the sale price or shipping cost.

Order tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost, damaged, or missing packages
If your package doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, or you notice an issue, please contact me as soon as possible at the9catz@gmail.com so we can find a solution together.
