Hi! I'm Sindy, and thank you for visiting this site showcasing my creations!
To be honest, I never studied art. I've actually spent the last 12 years working in data analysis... quite far removed from this world!
Still, drawing has been part of me since I was little, my father gave me a taste for it, and, in late 2024, I decided to really commit to it!
The hard part was knowing where to start, which technique to use, what to paint... until I watched my cats playing in front of me, in one of those chaotic scenes only they know how to create! That's when I had my answer: I was going to draw their story!

After those 4 months, I decided to go back to the beginning of the story, illustrating the arrival of my first 3 cats, 9 years ago. To keep a continuous thread, I chose to use only watercolor, which felt like the better fit, but I started to feel a lack of freedom. Limiting myself to a single technique made it impossible to bring out certain feelings, so alongside it, I kept painting landscapes and portraits of my cats in oil pastel, a technique I'm especially fond of. It's in that spirit that I share my creations with you, each paired with a short text about the emotions they inspired in me. I hope you'll enjoy them!
